Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please provide clear pictures or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including customized or personalized products and items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging or tags.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the eligibility of your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item after receiving approval from us and place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, where applicable under EU consumer protection laws.

The item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
